Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Prime 3D Design / P3D.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

Order processing and production time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Because many of our products are 3D printed, some items may be produced on demand and may not always be available as ready-to-ship stock.

For this reason, our order preparation time depends on the type of product ordered.

Standard products

Standard products are products available in our store without personalization or special manufacturing requirements.

Standard products are usually processed, prepared, and dispatched within:

1 to 5 business days

This timeframe refers to the time needed to prepare the order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products require additional production time because they are manufactured specifically for the customer.

These products are usually produced and prepared for shipment within:

3 to 15 business days

The final production time may vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, customization requirements, material availability, and current workload.

For large orders, business orders, corporate merchandise, or special projects, the estimated production time may be confirmed individually before production begins.


Production time and delivery time

Production time and delivery time are not the same.

Production time is the time required to manufacture, finish, inspect, and prepare the order for shipment.

Delivery time is the time required by the shipping carrier to deliver the package after it has been dispatched.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout refers to the estimated carrier delivery time and does not include production or processing time, unless expressly stated.


Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Shipping rates may vary depending on:

  • destination;
  • package size and weight;
  • selected shipping method;
  • carrier availability;
  • international shipping requirements.

If free shipping is offered as part of a promotion, this will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 2 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
  • International orders: 7 to 21 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the package has been processed by the carrier.

Shipping address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Please make sure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or because it was not collected within the carrier’s required timeframe, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Failed delivery or unclaimed packages

If a delivery attempt fails or the package is not collected within the carrier’s required timeframe, the package may be returned to us.

In this case, we may contact the customer to arrange a new shipment.

Additional shipping costs may apply.

If the customer does not respond, refuses to pay the additional shipping cost, or does not provide a valid delivery address, the order may be cancelled where permitted by applicable law.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, refunds or cancellations may not be available if the delivery issue was caused by incorrect customer information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package.


Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed, dispatched, or entered production.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.


Delays

We do our best to process, produce, and ship orders within the estimated timeframes.

However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • high order volume;
  • 3D printing failures or quality control issues;
  • material availability;
  • technical production issues;
  • carrier delays;
  • customs procedures;
  • public holidays;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes or force majeure events.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

If we are unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer an updated estimated delivery date, an alternative solution, or a cancellation and refund where applicable.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • clear photos or videos of the product;
  • clear photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Once we review the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution. Depending on the case, this may include:

  • replacement of the defective or incorrect item;
  • repair or correction, where possible;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund;
  • store credit, only if accepted by the customer.

If the issue is confirmed as a production error, shipping damage, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the necessary replacement or return shipping costs.


Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will review the situation and, where possible, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Carrier investigations may take several business days.

Prime 3D Design / P3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

However, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


International shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs procedures, and local delivery services.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into their country.

Prime 3D Design / P3D is not responsible for delays, restrictions, import refusals, customs inspections, or additional charges applied by local authorities.


Customs, duties, and import taxes

For orders shipped outside Spain or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Prime 3D Design / P3D is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.

If a package is refused by the customer due to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes, shipping costs and any additional costs incurred may not be refundable, where permitted by applicable law.


Products made by 3D printing

Many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

Small layer lines, minor surface texture variations, or slight differences between units may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

These normal manufacturing characteristics do not affect the intended use of the product and are not considered defects unless they significantly affect functionality, safety, or the agreed product specifications.

Each product is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
